The dyeing factory shall have three laboratories: color matching laboratory, technology R & D center and quality inspection laboratory. Specific responsibilities are as follows:

Responsibilities of color matching laboratory: 

(1) proofing in the laboratory; (2) Duplicate sample of the first cylinder with new color.

Responsibilities of technology R & D center: 

(1) optimization of dyeing process and process; (2) Analysis of defects in the production process and development of new products.

Responsibilities of quality inspection laboratory: 

(1) incoming inspection of raw materials; (2) Daily water quality inspection; (3) Regular calibration of instruments and meters in laboratory and workshop; (4) Quality inspection of finished products in the workshop, such as color fastness, strength, etc.

How to effectively control every detail of the laboratory is directly related to the stability and efficiency of mass production in the workshop and the profit margin that executives are most concerned about. A qualified laboratory is actually a small printing and dyeing enterprise, which involves all aspects of the whole process. It is far from a simple proofing organization.
