4. When there is no water in the cylinder, do not start the main pump to avoid mechanical seal and bearing wear.

5. Before opening the cylinder head, the safety interlock valve (pressure relief valve) should be opened to relieve pressure, so as to ensure that there is no pressure in the cylinder and the temperature should not be too high (< 80 C), otherwise, the accident of damage to the machine will occur.

6. Change the color, wash the cylinder and pay attention to cleaning the chemical barrel.

7. Under the condition of high temperature, cold water and wet cloth should be strictly forbidden to contact the glass of the mirror, so as to prevent breakage and high-pressure liquid and gas from ejecting to injure people.

8. The HTHP jet dyeing machine is strictly prohibited from heating without water in the cylinder. Otherwise, the heating pipe will be burned out or even more serious accidents will occur.
