Each additive takes into account the influence of the additive on the affinity of dyes and grey fabrics, and determines the additive method, mainly based on the influence of salt and alkali on the affinity and directness of grey fabrics during dyeing. Additional dyes sometimes have to be added in order to solve the problem of head cylinder chromatic aberration, but the proportion of adding dyes in dyeing machine is not too large. In order to avoid the production of color flowers, the temperature should be reduced to below 50 degrees before feeding, and 30-40 minutes or so. Otherwise, it is very easy to produce color flowers. After adding, it rises to the original temperature for heat preservation and color fixing.
