2. The nozzle pressure is too large or too small, and the guide wheel is too fast or too slow.

If the nozzle pressure is too high, the speed of the guide wheel will be faster, and the cloth will be stacked in the dyeing machine, which may cause knotting.

3.High temperature main cylinder without pressure.

Generally, it is forgotten that the exhaust pipe pressure or exhaust valve, or one of the two is broken, there is no pressure in the main cylinder at high temperature, which will cause the nozzle pressure to be low and the guide wheel speed to be too fast.

4, the machine water level is too high or too much foam.

5. The diversion valve is not well regulated. In general, the diversion valve has been adjusted well, do not change it at will.

6. Too much fabric. The dyeing machine has its own capacity, so it is necessary to select the appropriate amount of fabric.
