Control of color difference between bulk and small samples by cleaning method

In the actual production, although the use of automatic printing and dyeing equipment improves the quality of printing and dyeing, it is impossible to have no difference in the size of dyeing samples, and effective methods should be taken to correct it. 1. Cold water cleaning

In cotton and its blended fabric, the cotton component will float or fade after dyeing with direct dyes or reactive dyes. Generally, the method of continuous water washing is adopted, or 0.5-1L anti staining cleaning agent lefimin is added to the water bath. If the hardness of water is high, 0.5-2g/l chelating dispersant can be added to improve it. Do not use turbid river water or deep well water with high hardness.

2. Wash with warm water

There are many kinds of dyestuffs and auxiliaries used in dyeing polyester blended fabric. It can be washed at 40 ℃ in order to dissolve the residue on the fabric. If the color of the large sample is deeper than that of the small sample, the color of the large sample can be similar after washing with warm water, and the color fastness can be improved to a certain extent.

3. Hot water cleaning

Hot water cleaning is mostly used for silk or synthetic fibers and their interwoven fabrics dyed with acid, direct and basic dyes. If the color is too deep, 1-2% of the dye should be removed, and hot water washing at 70-80 ℃ can be adopted. Polyester, nylon and other synthetic fiber blended fabrics can be added with 0.5-1.0 l repair agent. Due to the small amount of additives added in the hot bath, the fabric only needs to be washed to room temperature with flowing water.
