If the dyeing process design is not reasonable, there will also be cylinder difference and color flower. The scientificity of temperature design, heating rate, holding time, dosage of auxiliaries and adding methods, as well as the rationality of post-treatment process design, will affect the dye uptake, resulting in color difference and color blooming. The commonly used dip dyeing process in large-scale production is to add leveling agent, dissolved dyes and inorganic salts at room temperature, heat it up to fixation temperature after evenly moving, dye for 20-30 min, add alkali for fixation, and then heat preservation for 30-60 min, then soaping and drying for color matching.
According to different dyeing process, proofing process should be consistent with production process as much as possible. Due to the difference of sample size and sample size caused by different dyeing processes, the laboratory should constantly revise the process parameters and formula on the basis of analysis and experiment, so as to improve the first-time success rate of dyeing from laboratory to mass production.
